We felt Brenda really was concerned for our safety with the stalling problem on our 2013 Taurus.She really put her heart into making sure the problem got resolved. Big props to Brenda. Our only thing would be with Ford for not bucking up and taking care of this problem, the vehicle only has 48k miles and for the throttle body unit to be bad is a manufacturer issue and a possible deadly one at that. They have recalled multiple years for this issue and even extended warranties to cover this problem for years right around ours. I guess they will wait til serious injury or death to occur to add this year and model to there recall list. Other then that Brenda and the staff at Westhill ford A+. Thank you. Glenn Bangart, Sara M

Brenda is an outstanding service advisor, I'm from out of state and I need service done with my 19 Ranger. It wasn't a problem getting done, and it was done in a very timely manner. Nothing like my Ford Dealer back home. If I were to live out here I would buy my next vehicle from you guys, thank you very very much. And 5 stars to Brenda

Instead of being informed about potential faults with my vehicle, Colin had to call the technician about an oil leak that was not briefed to either of us. There is also another note regarding my suspension rubbing that the technician did not inform myself or Mr. Colin about. The recommendation was to wait 4000 miles to re-inspect the oil leak. This was not up to my standards and Colin helped get it resolved with another appointment in 7/17. I still do not have proper information on my suspension. The actual technicians should brief the customer service agents at the VERY least so they can answer customer questions without having to make several calls to get more information. Very respectfully David S

My service done on my car, was just fine. Got my usb working again. When I went to pick up my car, it was extremely difficult. Cole was on a break and I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I stood in the service area for 5 minutes looking for someone. When I went to ask the gentleman next to his office, he all but ignored me. I ended up walking away and finding someone else. Very frustrating.

I wasn’t impressed with the miscellaneous fees that I incurred during my Oil change and I wasn’t impressed that I walked around for a half hour trying to get I formation about purchasing a new truck and no one came to talk to me as I walked the lot looking at trucks
