There was a little confusion on my past services with West Hills Mazda, got that cleared up. The weight time was almost 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a couple filters to be changed, seems a bit long. Also found out I was charged for a part that was not put on my car. Calvin called me to let me know the error was discovered and the credit was put on my card.
