I brought my 2019 Highlander in for the 6 month scheduled maintenance and to have the windshield perma plate redone on my windshield to correct an issue that occurred on my previous visit. I left the car overnight and was notified the next day the the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I noticed the windshield hadn’t even been worked on. Even though on the work order paperwork it was written that the work had been completed. The windshield was definitely not even touched. This was apparent because of dirt and old splattered insects on the windshield. I brought this to the attention of the service department and they agreed the work had not been done. I am very frustrated. Appointment 1:When I bought the Highlander I had the digi shield applied. The hood was scratched during application. Appointment 2: I returned on a later date to have the scratches buffed out. Buffing compound was left splattered all over the windshield and car body. Appointment 3: I returned to Toyota to have the spotting removed from the windshield and perma plate re applied. The windshield was not worked on even though paperwork stated that work on the windshield was completed. I’d like to speak with the dealership manager to discuss this matter further. Sydney, the receptionist was so nice yet very professional. She discussed what other things or work needed to be done in my car. She gave me the cost, time to complete the work and offered choices that is available for me. Caf? was a good place and workers were very nice, food was good and space was cozy.

Been commenting in how do you know if your next in the service area when you first arrive! Need a number system like a barber shop for example! Jacob was very knowledgeable and recommended something’s to save me money! That’s always great! Top notch compared to Ford dealership( which was my next stop).
