The service on the car was good, but I was there for two hours and no one came to give me an update. I tried replying to the text message but got no response. I understand the shop gets busy but an update after an hour or so would have been nice. I ended up being there for 3.5 hours for an oil change and to figure out why my check engine light was on. I have always had great experiences so this will not deter me from coming again.
