Heartland Toyota Auto Repair Service

My car was in your shop on the evening of the 3. I was assured it would go over to Jeep first thing Friday morning. It didn’t go over until 2 on. We were without our car through the weekend.

Nina was great, the shuttle drivers were great. I have an issue with communication. Toyota sends text messages and emails stating reply if you have any questions, but when you reply with the question it never gets answered. I called in at 5:00 this evening to arrange for the shuttle, the representative that helped me said that the request would be sent to my service representative. And our later still no shuttle showed up, so I called the show service directly when I found his card. My service representative didn't even know I called and requested for a shuttle. this is an ongoing issue with my experience with Toyota. I call in speak to one representative who says they'll take care of it, they'll return my phone call, they'll relay the message, etc but it never happens. And the auto text and emails are useless if they don't function correctly. my Subway surfers edited today was Nina who was awesome super sweet girl great customer service, I walked in to check my vehicle in there is two gentlemen sitting there at their computers one finally looks up to me and says we'll be right with you. Nina comes up and she helps me right away. so it's not about the actual services that are received it's the actual communication techniques used that are lacking. It's actually kind of frustrating.

Watching these young people signing in people for their car’s service, I was impressed with their professional manners.. and strangely they evoked in me a great fondness for this big boisterous, beautiful country.
