I let a different staff member know regarding a concern, but wanted to ensure this comment would make it to management/leadership. The men’s bathroom has a child changing station that could pose a liability to your company. It does not have safety straps and flexes down to a point where an infant/toddler could fall onto the floor. This could result in significant injury (head injury, bone/spine fracture) to a child and put your company/location at risk. Please address this for the safety/sake of other. Other than not being informed service would take up to 2.5 hrs by the scheduling service, I was entirely satisfied. Richard was extremely professional and courteous.
