Dustin has always taken excellent care of me and my car(s), keeping me well informed of what services need done and getting me into and out of the shop in a timely manner. He makes doing "car stuff" enjoyable at Toyota!

Rick is very knowledgeable about the automobile and professional. He is courteous and advised me in advance about the estimated service time and cost. Since I provide transport to children, I particularly appreciated the time he took with me to discuss the risks associated with the Takata airbags.

Used my "Oil Change Gift Booklet". Person waiting on me was great, even gave me information about my car (tires) that I was unaware of. Service of the free drink was great. Service was done in a very timely manner compared to last visit (January 2019). Parts department service was great and had the part I needed to fix broken passenger belt. Only issue is that I have an email from Terry G. Bulkhalter, cc Scott Moritiz, Michael Seney dtd 30 January 2019. That Terry says: "Mr. Reinke, I greatly appreciate your feedback. This is exactly the type of correspondence that helps me with training and continuing to improve upon our processes. Again, I greatly appreciate your time and feedback. As a token of my appreciation I would like to give you one free oil change and tire rotation. I will add this to your account and you can use this for your next visit. If you are in need of anything moving forward please let me know. My contact information is included below." I asked about this and was told there is nothing about this in my account. Thus I was disappointed and figured I would wait for the e-mail regarding my visit on the 11th of December, 2019 to document it. Also do not like that the mileage that is configured in my car to alert of next service is 5,000 miles, when the manual has I go longer. If anyone contacts me I prefer e-mail. Also, person you took my phone call to schedule service was great, and I real appreciate the e-mail that followed up the phone call with the scheduled information as verification of the appointment. Dustin was excellent in keeping us informed on the progress of the repair on our vehicle. Job well done. Rabat Ali got our van in the shop asap. He is an excellent representative for the company and just a great person. He takes great care of his customers. We will definitely work with Rebar again in the future. He had Dustin take care of us

Very efficient

I had made a 9:15 appointment to get a backup key made. I got to the shop at 9 and was advised it would take 30 and that is what i would pay for :30 labor. The car was not ready until 10:15 and they wanted to charge me for an hour. I advised I was told that the cost was :30 so they adjusted the bill.

Friendly, efficient service

Dustin was the only person to acknowledge me of the 5 employees sitting at their desks and joking with passing employees. Dustin was knowledgeable and treated me like my business matters.
