This is the second time that Cole has assisted me this month with regularly scheduled maintenance first and then for emergency replacement of headlights (a bulb died overnight while driving), he was able to fit me in to the dealership’s full schedule and get both bulbs replaced in a timely manner. I did not have an appointment and I explained that I attempted to do it myself and failed.

I'm super disappointed that I had to ask if they found anything wrong, which he did only after I asked. Told me two lights, one"minor side front". And a warning light "may pop up, just bring it back."
We live 32 miles away and are over 65 yrs old.
I lost my trust when he finally said. "I tried to call."
That would've shown up on my cell.not
Nice guy, very pleasant but...now I have to take it in $$$ for an item that could've been handled then. Safety first.
