Fastest oil change I have ever had! No complaints! I don’t feel the greatest, I have a sinus infection... and the last thing I wanted to do was get dressed and leave the house. But, I had an appointment. It wasn’t a hassle at all! Just read and drank my complimentary coffee. Next thing I know, oil change done. :)

Cole was very professional and friendly. He let me know about discounts before I asked. My car was ready sooner than I expected and Cole completed the paperwork quickly so I was on to the rest of my day in no time.
I also appreciate the younger man (trainee?) who greeted me courteously at my car. He checked me off his list and escorted me to Cole.
The whole process at this Toyota dealership is well thought out.
The coffee shop staff are also awesome. The last time I got a sandwich there, it was served on an antique china plate. Very classy!
