think that you should know that I had a very bad experience with your service department and I plan on taking this as far as I can to be heard. I brought my truck in to be serviced on 4-18-19  at 7am and drop it off for front end noise and for a grease leak from my stiring column that was dripping on my floor mat.  So I get a call about 2:20 PM  telling me that the grease leaking inside my truck on the floor mat is a normal thing. I hope you are thinking what is normal about that. Because that is what I was thinking. So I go to talk to Daniel my service representative to let him know that is not acceptable. I told him the front end us making a noise when you are turning the wheel and can hear it when your out side if the truck. And grease leaking on my floor board is a safety hazard . I wanted them to look at it again then I was told they had to call my extended warranty company to see if this would be covered and call me back first thing in the morning to let me know. First of all I bought the service from Toyota dealership so why are they having to call and ask if my full coverage Insurance I was talk into buying which is suppose to cover everything but normal wear and tear? So Daniel said he call me first thing in the morning to follow up. Now it is 4-19-19 and after calling Daniel direct line for hours with no answer just voicemail , I started calling the dealership number for service department and got all lines are busy for about 1hr and half then finally got someone to say that they would page him and again no answer. I called back ask for service manager and was told that no one is answering their phones so she would send an email to my service advisor and the service manager. But I waited another 2hrs and with no reply and now it is 2: 00 PM with no word about my truck I had to take off work just to drive up there to get information on my truck! Will to my surprise when I walk in there are 11 service people standing around our setting at their desk. Why couldn't someone have pick up the phone is just amazing to me!! So I ask for Daniel and of course while I was waiting I ask for service manager and a gentleman next to Daniel desk says I am so I started  to tell him about my frustration to why know one would answer the phone nor has anyone called me to inform me about my truck. I understand it a holiday weekend but that is why I need to know what to do about my truck.  Then finally I will say I was very upset and became a little loud, will maybe very loud due to my frustration. When your service director came out finally and then he started making excuses as to why I see 11 people standing around and know one would answer the phone to help me. He thought it would be a great ideal to bring up the fact I had on my AT&T work shirt to say will just like your company service doesn't answer the phone right away! That was very rude and disrespectful of him to even bring my job into the conversation!!!  I was there talking to him about how I was treated by your service department. Then I was told Daniel had been trying to call the warranty people all day and they said they weren't open due to hoilday weekend. Now why couldn't he have called me and just keep me in the loop as to what was going on? Why didn't anybody answer the phone if I saw 11 people standing around? Why is it I was told an email would be sent to my advisor and the service manager and they would give me a call soon and know one ever called me? Why is it that I am being told it is normal to have grease leaking on to my floor mat?  Why would a service director try to compare my job standers to your company I have no ideal?  I hope to hear back from you but if not that would make sense. I will follow up with this matter to the corporate office if I have until I feel I get an apology I deserve... Cynthia M

Cisco always does a tremendous job of helping me understand the repair, confirming cost, keeping me informed on progress and making sure I can continue my day. Pearl, my Sequoia, has 105k now, so there is the occasional larger repair. He keeps me on schedule with what she needs so she will be mine for a very long time. This kind of detailed support and quality service is why We only own Toyota vehicles.

Billy is looking into it. I had no idea a warranty repair had a $50 deductible. I would have appreciated knowing this before the repair was made. It was a bad surprise. I’m still not 100 percent sure I should have been required to pay it ... sales should also mention this at the time the car is sold. I spent an unexpected $50 on a very minor repair. Please in the future disclose all repair costs before a repair is completed - when I’m told a repair is covered under the warranty I do not expect a charge for it. Please consider a refund if possible; I’m a repeat customer and will continue to use Longo.
