The service for my car was exemplary as always. However, i rented a car for the day, Amber the lady that helped me was not friendly what so ever. She never smiled, never made eye contact. She had some kind of machine spewing out an awful smelling mist. My daughter who is 27 made the comment that was one of the rudest people I have dealt with in a long time. I mentioned it to the service rep when i came back to get my car. Maybe she shpuld get a job where she isnt dealing with the public. I come there often because we have 3 toyotas. Have a nice day
