While checking in my car, Francisco noticed I was within 50 miles of my 15,000 mile maintenance. Instead of having us schedule an appointment for another day he offered and allowed us to get it taken care of while we were already on site.

I trusted Longo to detail my truck. I received a call from Michael Letting me know my truck was ready for pIc letting me know my truck was ready for pick up. Only to find out that my truck was ready. However, my wheels still had break dust on them and the engine bay hadn’t been touched. Kevin Sinker stated he was disappointed as well and went to clean the truck himself. The delay caused my wife and to be extremely late for an appointment we had scheduled. I appreciate Kevin for trying to make it right.
