Kenneth and Millie were fantastic. They were professional and courteous.The issue is that I came in with a tire pressure light on and I was told the tire was not repairable and a new one would be $265. That is ridiculous. The same tire somewhere else is $85.

My previous 35000 mile service - my car battery was cleansed and told everything is fine
8/26 - car dint start in morning. I had to call a towing truck and had to pay 119$ to get my suv towed to Longo Toyota Prosper
My car was promptly attended and after checks I was ts my battery had gone bad
Longo put in new battery and waved off battery cleaning charges from 2 weeks ago
I am wondering - it should have been replaced when I actually came for service on 8/12. It would have saved me agony of missing office/ getting car towed and wasting 119$ on towing charges
