Everything was explained to the point were I could understand what was being done. I had a problem with the leather peeling from my center console and they handled it right away.

I scheduled a complimentary oil change through the phone which the person i spoke to confirmed. When i arrived for my appointment i was told that my CPO did not come with a complimentary oil change, even though i confirm with the person i spoke to on the phone. The service advisor told me there’s nothing he could do. So i basically wasted driving an hour and a half to come to Longo instead of a Toyota dealership that’s a lot closer to me. The sales person that sold me the truck paid for half of the oil change out of his own pocket, which i appreciate the sales person. But this is the second time i had issues with the service department (previous time they did not replace a part they said they would, instead they just taped it down with cheap double sided tape). So basically there needs to be better quality control because it is very unprofessional of them.
