It took over two hours for scheduled maintenance which was an oil change and tire rotation. On top of that, my car was washed with what looked like dirty water as my car came out dirtier than when I brought it in. Not a big deal but for my first service experience it was kind of underwhelming.

Tried to sell me a tire I didn't need. Said the nail was on the edge of the tire which it obviously wasn't as you can see in the photos. Said they only did patches but not plugs, yet wouldn't offer to patch my car. Wasted an hour of my time. I have a warranty with roadside hazard but not tires. Heard other worker bragging about selling two full sets of tires. Unprofessional.

I was never told our car was going to be taken down to garland 44 miles to get leather added. Also our car was never washed on the outside or refilled with gas. I was told. I got a receipt that said my car never left the dealership and had the same mileage before I picked it up. Deceitful. After speaking with management, I discovered my vehicle was not done in-house and should never have been told by that. Also my car should be complimentary washed every time it comes in for service. I would have reconsidered leather if I knew it would cost my car such mileage and risk to drive my car all the way to garland for service.
