The service representative Kenneth Cole was very courteous, respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and was very efficient.
My complaint is in regards to the service crew...When my car was returned to me I found that papers I left in my glove compartment were in disarray as though someone had been going through them trying to find some valuables! My car had been serviced there 4 times previously and I never had any issues like this before. As far as I can tell nothing was stolen, but service members should not be going into customer’s glove compartments!

Your phone lines need better features to allow smoother communication. Also you charged my insurance company significantly higher price than the price quoted to me. My car repair was completed before the insurance company got involved. You quoted me $2200 and charged my insurance company over $3000 less my $1000 deductible. No additional work was done. What’s the extra $809 for.??
