David was great. My disappointment comes from the woman who set the appt. I asked if there was a ride available to bring me home after dropping the car. She said there are no shuttles. I made arrangements with a family member who had to go to work late that morning to help me. I then find out that even though there is no shuttle, you are still offering Lyft. I would rate her customer service a 1 on a 1-5 scale.

i had a small chip in windshield. My car was left out in sun with all windows up tight. The heat caused windashield to crack 5 or 6 inches. The cost to fill a chip is under $100. Now im facing $672 replacement for just window. Labor not included.
