I got there by 8:45 for oil and filter change, and to check 1 of the tires. The service advisor said it woul take 1 hour and 30 min at most. Given that the time has passed and I haven't heard anything, I approached the service advisor and he said that they didn't do anything because the tire needed to be changed and you didn't have the tire. I spent all that time there for nothing. Chase was very inpatient and disrespectful after I mentioned that my time was wasted, and realized that an oil and filter needed to be changed (he thought it was just the maintenance light that had turned on)
I've always enjoyed my time here in Longo since 2017, and this is the first time I was treated so badly. Honestly, I don't want to come back!
