Just one request, would’ve been cherry on top, to get some genuine Toyota fabric cleaner, in case if I need to clean any spills or marks in future.

Everything went great except when I picked my truck, the mileage sticker had the incorrect mileage on it which I caught. My hope is that my vehicle wasn’t mistaken for another vehicle and the incorrect oil was put into my vehicle. How does the mileage on my vehicle get misstated. Attention to detail is key in creating a great customer experience which I am sure you will agree. You may want to walk yourself through the process to see where you all made the mistake & fix it for both me & future customers. Did the valet guy who checked me in make the mistake? Francisco was amazing, His service level was excellent!! I was dissatisfied with the washing of the vehicle. Below average cleaning to the exterior. I spent $300 and I would think there would be a better effort in the after service wash and clean. However, that had nothing to do with the service of Francisco. Very pleased with him.

Although I was satisfied with the work done on my truck, there were a few things I was not pleased with. First, when I called to check on the status of my truck, I was told it was ready. When I asked the person I spoke to (I don't remember his name) if he was sure if it was ready, he said "Yes." When I arrived at the dealership, it wasn't ready. I received a call at 4:45PM saying truck was ready. I told the person I spoke to that I would pick it up next day (Nov. 3). Everything was finished and I was glad to get my truck back. The second thing that I was upset with was that my truck hadn't been washed. My previous dealership, Trasure Coast Toyota of Stuart (FL) always washed my truck regardless of whether it was a major or minor service.

I brought my 2018 Toyota Tundra for maintenance 3 weeks ago. After leaving the dealership, there was a noise with the truck. I immediately notified bongo Toyota about the problem. I scheduled to come and fix the problem and after 4 hours of me waiting that probably was not solved and they wanted to charge me $189. The problem was not fixed and I still hear the noice... The technician said it was a normal sound from the truck. For the past two years and never had this problem.
Not happy with the outcome!!! ??
