Vic Redding was in constant communication with me on all aspects of my Odyssey. Service was excellent even though we had some unexpected problems, Vic was right on with the problems and informing me. This is the second time I made an appt and was told I would get a call when car was finished. Both times car was finished, no one called while car was in parking lot. I live north of Topeka and make am appt. so I can get out of Manhattan by noon, which is impossible if no one bothers to call me. Today my appt was at 10 am and I finally called at 3 pm to hear my car was finished that was a five Hour time frame., for oil chg and transmission fluid. I could’ve left sooner. Very inconvenient, customer service is diminishing.
