I had an appointment for a 7:30 am drop off and informed the service representative that I would like to pick up my car later in the morning. My car was not finished until shortly before 5:00 pm. The service manager told me he was not told about my request to pick up my car in the morning and this was why my car was not ready. He did not charge me for the service which I appreciated.
