She was Friendly, quick and efficient. She even reminded me to not wait so long for my next Service appointment ???? I am so glad that I got Marisol... because the other general man working did not seem as friendly. I heard him ask a little senior lady for her keys because he locked the door.. she tried to tell him that she was sorry and thought she left the key in the car .. he just snapped you did but I locked it and need the key...she fumbled for the key and she tried to say something and he just said “key” ... she handed it to him and he walked away...I get everyone has a bad day.. but was so glad that I got Marisol!!

Miguel is the best thing that has happened to your service department. My mom and I bought our car at Win on the same day and I have being using the service department off and on since. Off because the service was horrible, went back and found Miguel, he's amazing! Unfortunately, I picked the car yesterday and right now it is doing the same thing that it was in there for, smoking. This happened earlier this year. I am not happy about the quality of repairs at this point. I will be returning tomorrow morning. Ughhhh!!!
