Dwayne was good. It wasn't him at all. Just my overall experience. Once my care was ready I sat for at least 10 more minutes waiting on it after asking the lady at the sales counter, who was sort of dismissive. She took my key from the counter and gung them on the wall instead of checking with Dwayne to attemp to expedite my wait. Also my car was washed and the tech only vaccumed the floors in the front. Dwayne did offer to do the rear but by then I was late for an appointment and couldn't wait any longer. I am in customer service as well and am very attentive to people's signs and body language. I got up twice after being to wait and the lady never offered to check on the status of my check out. Instead she sat begin the counter in her own world, eating, talking, and singing.

The mechanics there are less than competent! Car picked up on Wednesday, same problem occurred again on Thursday. Was right back there on Friday. Told the following Tuesday when I picked my car, I that mechanics make mistakes. Understandable, but I absolutely disagree with your customers PAYING for the wrong repairs!!! If it wasn't for my amazing service guy, Miguel I would never return. He deserves a raise and his co-workers should take customer service lessons from him!!
