At the dealership, I was told that the problem with my car was the battery; I was told I needed another battery and how much it would cost (over $300). After explaining to the agent that I just recently put a new battery in, I was then told that the problem was only electrical and all it needed was an update, which was free of charge. Then I asked if my car needed any other things done to it, after waiting over hour, and I was told “no, you’re good to go”. After I looked at the Multi-Point Inspection Results, it stated that my Engine Air Filter “required attention”. I was too tired to be annoyed, so I just said “ok” and quietly drove myself home. However, I would have appreciated more honesty about my car’s maintenance and an agent that didn’t try to get me to buy a car battery, like a new car!!
