Hi Marisol,
I know that you deal with a lot of people every day and wanted to give you a little feedback from a customer's perspective.
You had told me that my cars oil was "dry" and there was no oil, according to the mechanic. I checked it today and it is a little low and a little dirty, so it needed an oil change, something we talked about when I dropped it off. "No oil" means you need a new car. You caused some panic when you said that. You also said it may be burning oil, something that never happens when the mileage is low.
Also, it really screwed up my plans when you said it would be done by 3:30 but it wasn't ready until 5:00. Needing an oil change can't add 1 1/2 hours to the estimated time. I also said no car wash, but they did it anyway.
