Only issue I would make is that your sign for oil change service is not facing customers and Hm it was sideways to my rt after I pulled up all the way to garage door. Plus was washed out to even read it. At 1st glance driving in I had no idea where it was at all

Kinda got the impression that when it was discovered that the service was under contact rather the 80 bucks quoted got the Walmart version.

I had to come back 3 times to get my hinges put on my car & then when I picked my car up after being there all day again, the Mechanic cut his finger nails & put the clippings in my cupholder, it smelt like Mint Skoal in my car,. The passenger seat was leaning all the way back. The Mechanics dented the body of my car on both sides of the driver side and passenger side where the hinges are & the bolts to the door look very beat up. I asked Kelsey if my oil change was done, and she said oh yeah sorry it’s not in the paperwork yeah it was free of charge since you went through so much with us. As I drove off my wiper fluid message came on again like it was before I came to have my car serviced. I was out of wiper fluid. I also still had the message on my panel I was Due for an Oil Change. I was lied to about my oil change Being Done!!! My car‘s tires were not rotated my brakes were not checked my car was not washed or vacuumed in the front. I got My Vehicle back and it was just a complete mess. Before I left I showed Kelsey & Cindy Lamar the dents on my vehicle. Cindy stated that she was going to have her body work guys fix my car. I also told Cindy that my car would shake when I drove it on the highway and asked if my tires were rotated and she replied, yes they rotate them with the oil change. she also said maybe there was an issue with the balance of my tires. Cindy Took a picture of the passenger side dent but not the driver side dent on my vehicle. I called Cindy the next day to speak with her but The operator said she was unavailable so I left a message with the operator stating that my car never had an oil change, the nail clippings in my car. I called twice for Cindy Lamar to call me back with these issues and it is now Saturday and my car was serviced on Tuesday. I Never Received a Call back from Cindy. I am 100% disabled I have had 27 surgeries in five years, paralyzed for 2 years, I have two broken wrists right now and a torn rotator cuff, a back injury requiring surgery. I am in a lot of pain daily and the second time I took my car to the Dodge Service Center, it was there all day and All the Mechanic did All Day was put the antenna on top of my car and did not do the oil change that day either, All Day, Just an Antenna!!!??? I am in a lot of pain daily, I live in Woodland, it is very taxing on my body to sit there All Day for my Vehicle not to Even be Worked on!! I called a little after 4 PM to get the status on my car and no one called me back so my friend that had picked me up I just so happen to be in the area took me back to the Dodge Service Center At 5 PM and Kelsey was on the phone and I waited for a while and then she told the person on the phone to hold on and then abruptly said I can wait in the waiting room and I was like no because my friend was there waiting for me and I did not want her to take off until I knew the status of my car. Kelsey finally came out to my friends car and told us that the antenna was the only thing that was put on all day and that she would have her mechanic stay that night until he got the hinges put on the doors or I can leave the car for it to be worked on the next day. I decided to take my car back but then at the last minute tell Kelsey well I’ll just leave it here but then Kelsey replied I can’t make my mechanic stay here by law past 6 o’clock, Even though she offered it, Then stated she wouldn’t be here on Saturday and also the Mechanic wouldn’t be here on Saturday the next day even though she offered to have it fixed the next day so both things that were offered were taken back and were Both Null & Void. I also forgot to mention the first time that I was driving to the Dodge Service Center I was just getting off the exit and I got a call from Kelsey stating she ordered the wrong hinges or the wrong hinges came in and that she forgot to call me to tell me not to come to my appointment that day. Kelsey said she had re-ordered new hinges and that they need to be painted that day, I told her I was just getting off the offramp and was almost there, by the way the hinges that are put on were not painted very well at all their parts that did not get painted and yes of course the paints gonna come off where the hinges rotate but I’m talking about places that don’t have wear and tear that were not painted. I have now spent my time and energy 3 times to get my vehicle fixed for The same issues. I have purchased three cars from **** Hannah. I pointed out to Roxanne the sales person on this vehicle that the hinges were clunking right away and that the radio was not working properly. Roxanne told me the hinges just needed to be lubed, and the radio was just fine, that was not the case. I also pointed out to Roxanne that the car sounds rough and she said that’s just because it’s a V-6. My Suspension feels like there’s a problem as well and my car shakes while driving. This car was not well gone through before it was sold and there are many problems with it. so there you go it has now been three attempts to get my car fixed and actually I addressed these issues back in February When I first purchased the car. I also took the car in right away to get the hinges lubed and that’s when they found out that the hinges were faulty. The issues with the car work ignored, I then called again in July and never received a call back on the issues I had. It is now October. No one should be treated like this or have to go through what I did No one should be treated like this or have to go through what I did this is Horrific Ordeal. Cindy Lamar has not called me back I now have to worry about getting my car fixed and worried that I’m gonna be continually lied to!!! This is Unacceptable Service!!! My Friend was appalled at the Service I Received the Day Kelsey came to the car and stated nothing was done except for the antenna on my car, my friend replied I would be livid!!!!! I have always been pleasant and tried to work out all of the issues, but now I am very concerned on my car getting properly fixed, and myself treated honestly and fairly. Sincerely, Melinda F

Not enough feedback about the service. Waiting four days without a car! Too expensive!!!

Brought my car in on 10/10. I asked for an update and was told they were still waiting on an answer. Still haven't heard anything about when repair can be done. Also, I was told that the service tech said nothing can be done about loud noise my car is making while idling based on the type of cylinder my car has. I wish something could be done to silence it.

Teila was great, she was super helpful. She listened to what I had to say and help come up with the best solution. She scheduled my apt promptly always had a smile on her face. ????????

3 no call backs with status when information was unavailable. I will not be back

My car wasn’t done when it was supposed to I took it in for them to fix my check engine light it turn on the next day while driving it back from the shop I felt my whole front of my car just drop down

Kelsey treated us as if we were family and that was awesome
