There was an unfortunate situation involving my vehicle while being serviced however, the service department and representative were quick to start the first phase in resolving the issue. Professionalism and courtesy goes a long way especially in a time of crisis.

There is a lady whose desk is in the back right (opposite the popcorn machine) she helped me check out today because my original person was out to lunch. No big deal I could have waited for the other employee to finish with the customer however this lady took the time to help me before going on her scheduled lunch.
