My end result is satisfactory but early complications made the experience less desirable.
I brought in my car to get my tires replaced under Customers for Life program. When I brought the car in, the tires were not ordered nor was a claim found.
Allison was the original representative I was working with and she was sick. Kelsey took over the process and work very hard to make it right. I appreciated her honesty and hard work.
