Cierra Ramsey made sure my special order tires were located and Installed as promised using my loyal customer discount on two of the replacement tires which were due to be replaced. It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil and filter change. There was not even a car wash or vacuum. 2.5 hours is an obscene amount of time to do that amount of work.
