Everything went well. I bring in 3 cars to service and unfortunately living in the Troutdale area, there are no Kaady car washes nearby. So it’s disappointing to not have the car washed/cleaned while it’s at the shop.

Not happy with the lack of communication. Especially that it was all through text or email when I left my phone number. Also NOT happy with the diagnosis that the noise is normal from my sidewalls drying out. My car is a year old!

I know you guys are in the business of making money but I paid an hour of shop rate to program a new car computer which I'm sure took no longer than ten minutes. $13.75 for shop supplies is a complete lie and nothing more than a money grab. They say the best advertising is word of mouth and this really isn't helping the cause.

Even though I had an appointment, I was made to wait and not greeted right away when I pulled in. When Cierra did finally make her way over to me, I was told my appointment would last 1.5-2 hours, and the service center would be closing at 6. Therefore, I would have to leave my car overnight. Had I known the length of the service at the time I scheduled my appointment online, I would not have scheduled the service so late in the day. Cierra advised me that I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment past 4. Such was not the case having made the appointment online. Much to my surprise, my car was still taken in and consequently, my service was rushed. My husband was met with resistance as he tried to pay right at closing (Cierra called to tell us the car was finished at 559 and we would have to come right away to pay as the center was closing). That was the only communication made during the visit; no other communication was made via text about the progress of my service. Further, the invoice reflects mileage from my last service visit. I cannot tell if my invoice reflects the loyalty discount, which frankly is the only reason is why I schedule service visits at **** Hannah Honda in the first place.

I made an appointment for early in the day, 8:15, for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I was waiting. After over 1-1/2 hours, I heard nothing and went to find out what was going on. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. That is way too long., especially with an appointment. Why should I come back?

Allie and service manager Alex where an enormous help to me and my family when we drove into the dealership with a bent wheel rim while on vacation. They searched until they found an exact replacement. It took a couple hours, but they got us going and on our way the same afternoon. Thank you and and your team!
