Michael in parts was great, Leslie was busy helping someone else who was running late for their appointment so I was greeted and checked in by a lovely woman who was kind. She told me my car would be done by 1 PM. By 2 PM I had not heard anything. No one came to apologize for it taking so long or anything. I had to go to the parts and talked with Michael who helped me and was so kind and friendly. It took 3 hours for my recall service when the website said to expect about 90 min. I had my 5 yr old with me, so appreciated the child area and snacks or it would have been unbearable. I had to demand some sort of kickback, when one should have been offered, for disrespecting our time. You guys should really understand that people have lives and free time is precious. Thanks Michael for all you did to try and make our experience better. Leslie, I dont blame you for our car being le, but please make time to check in and let your customers know how things are going if their service is taking longer than expected. Dont wait for us to have to ask. Also, Michael took time to explain all the items on the list of repairs needed, while Leslie just handed me this scary list of "critical" and expensive repairs and basically just said have a good day. Take time to explain what you are giving people in ways they can understand in the future. Thank you. I hope this helps future customers.

I was apprehensive about the repairs and the cost. The cost of the coil shocked me but Ciara explained it so I could understand somewhat and that relieved lots of anxiety. And so your policy of “nice” truly helps me be glad you team got my Fit fixed. Thanks to all.

The only request I had was when you are called in for a service and are told it will only be 45 minutes. You get there and it is one to two hours. I was told I could get a loaner or they would take me home. I had a commitment on Andresson street so that wasn’t possible for me.

When I went to pick up my car, they told me it was in the lot out front and I walked around in the rain for 10 min and got soaking wet before I went in, waited and asked again and it was in a completely different spot. Austin had to go find it for me.

Michelle was very helpful and made our visit a wonderful experience. Richard was great and helped me a lot by getting me quotes on the Honda odessey. Great dealership and great staff. Thank you guys.
