I made an appointment for an oil change on Dec. 4th at 12:30 p.m. When I arrived, I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours which I was disappointed to hear since I had an appointment. After 3 hours and 15 minutes, my car was finally done. However, I was told that the oil used was a synthetic blend not the synthetic my car was supposed to have. When I was asked if I was ok with that, what could I say? It was already in my car and I was so tired from having spent more than three hours there to get an oil change. I used to bring my husband's Honda CR-V that we bought from you and never had a problem. Since you advertise that you service all cars, I thought I would try bringing my Volvo in. Unfortunately, I did not have a satisfactory experience.
