Jerry is great. Honda service is not. The Explorer was advertised as being inspected and a lot of new parts installed. Little by little we are finding out otherwise. The advertisement stated it had new brakes on the rear. After further inspection it was found that the rear pads were replaced but the rotors were not machined or replaced. It was evident that there was metal to metal contact from the previous brake pads and as a result left groves in the rotors. I am wondering what else was marked off on the list as being serviced but was not actually completed or completed correctly. Thank you for fixing this latest issue. We will see what else comes up.
