Glove box not reinstalled properly
Tire PSI light now on AFTER being serviced
Called about PSI light, left message, have not received a return call as of 4 hours later.
Was made to feel ignorant for being dissatisfied with vehicles lack of a certain feature.

The expectation was an oil change and for rotation. The tired were not rotated as my scratched she'll is in the same corner. For the first time getting my vehicle serviced here, it makes me question the integrity of the shop versus just efficiency of turning cars in and out. I've called and left a message for the service director to report the incident.

Not nec to contact me. When I got in car my radio and sat. Channels all were wrong. Had problems even getting it to work. Started driving back to dealer before I figured it out. All I saw was radio ID on screen. Otherwise I was satisfied with service.
