It was recommended that I get my automatic transmission fluid changed, evan though I had this service done 11,000 miles ago?? In Aug 2018 it was recommended that I get my cooling system fluid changed, but nothing was said about that today even though I have not had that done yet?

Michelle was so helpful in getting the problem worked out. I specifically look for her when I’m scheduling my vehicle. You are lucky to have her.

Shawn was awesome but you guys have this system set up to where they don't get any credit unless they get five stars and that's not right. Shawn was great but my service was not. You guys are really good at mechanic work but a while ago I brought my car in for service and I wanted a detail and you guys didn't have time to do it so you have my car all day and I didn't get my service. The lady gave me a half off for the next time I brought my car in to get the service done. So this time when I brought my car in for a B1 service I scheduled to get my car detailed inside and out for half price because you guys didn't do it the first time. Then I get a call from Shawn telling me that in order to really get the stains up and get the Pet fur out they would have to do more than their regular detail and it would cost me another hundred dollars. I didn't realize that there were different levels of service you either clean the car to your full capability or you don't. I really honestly think this was just a way to get the rest of your money so you didn't have to eat half the cost because you guys **** up the first time. And then I get my car and all the windows and all the mirrors are so smeared that I can't even see out them. This was not recognizable when I first got the car because it was at night with the next morning when I went to work and the Sunshine on the windshield I could barely see. And while the car looks like it got a good detail if you look closely many spots were mess in crevices and corners so no you do not get a five star rating by any means you barely get a 3-star rating as far as I'm concerned and I'll never come to you for a detail again. I do however like my mechanic side of service there and I will continue to get my car serviced there.

Crystal did a great job checking me in and explaining the service to be provided. She even made a helpful suggestion on where to spend time while I was waiting. I mentioned I was interested in Starbucks and she directed me to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobel Bookstore nearby. She verified she had my correct contact information. The work was completed in the estimated time and she called me when it was completed. A very enjoyable experience.

Can’t tell the work was done. All work under the hood. Appreciate the loaner car.

When checking in to do the oil change, I presented a coupon from your website for a $34.49 oil change; the gal that was checking me in noted the coupon. At checkout, I was told that my total due was $48.93. It seemed a bit high, but figured taxes and fees... I even asked Crystal if she had applied the coupon and she said yes. She had a head-cold and maybe she didn’t hear well. Anyway, after I got home, I reviewed the receipt and found out that the coupon was never applied.

Shawn is very pleasant to work with and I value his honesty when it comes to my vehicle. He has a great customer service skills and listens to what I say.
