I have the pre-paid maintenance plan from Ford, and I have all my regular service performed by Quick Lane. Friday, I brought my vehicle in because I needed a battery replacement. During the visit, I received a call from the service manager stating I needed a new air filter. I then explained to him that I have the pre-paid maintenance service and it should have been replaced as part of that service plan. So one of two things happened: Option 1, my air filter was not replaced at the last service interval to replace it, or option 2, your personnel was trying to sell me something that was not needed. Either way, I do not have 100% confidence that I received honest service.

I had a 9am appt on Thursday to drop off my jeep for warranty work. I was told Thursday night that it had not even been looked at yet but it would be on Friday. No offer of a loaner or anything. I have to drive a lot for my job and we have 4 kids. It was very inconvenient. Then I got a text Friday night that it STILL had not even been looked at. I don't even understand why u made an appointment for me at 9am Thursday, if you couldn't even look at it by 4pm the next day?

I said no due to the fact I have no ideal who he is so how would I know if he did a good job or not or some more of the rest of the stuff that is promised and then look out if you need something. So as I said how could I rate someone if I have no ideal who they are.

I thought I was receiving the works package for 33.95 but as it turned out we paid 43.95 and the rep that explained why it was more was very condescending to my wife.
