Today I had my vehicle serviced and was not satisfied with the quality of service received. Upon approaching the service area, I was clearly ignored. Several service representatives huddled together quickly dispelled in many directions. Once I made my presence known, Thank to Ms **** I probably srill standing there. As a loyal customer, I still decided to leave my vehicle. Shocked by the fact that I purchased a $60K vehicle with your dealership and you could not oblige me with a loaner. Upon pickup, I was appalled by the charges. $(119.00 for 2 fuses). I was quoted a charge over the phone but it was very different at the point of pickup. Almost doubled. After my vehicle was left for day and still had to wait. Ms **** did a good job, addressing me as Sir and call to tell me she was off and the the other Service personal will take care of me. Well they did a poor job. Poor customer service. Unacceptable!!!!
