We have a new RV Class-C Ford 450. I understand you will not be servicing RV after this month. That means there will be nowhere within 125 miles that will work on our Ford regarding warranty work. That is unacceptable. I cannot understand how Ford could put RVs on Ford chassis; but will not work on the Ford truck???

Mr. Smiley is the best person at this dealership! I’ve had so many issues with this car since a few months after I purchased it . When I called and let him know that my car was shutting off and expressing my frustrations, he was accommodating and understanding. I got to the dealership and got straight into the loaner vehicle and went on my way. He called with updates while my car was there and everything. He literally made up for the bad taste I had for Don Bohn and if I need anything I will request him and only him.
