Service staff very rude, discriminating, and William was the worst ever. My car still hasn’t been serviced properly. My car is still at your dealership, somewhere. William states that service did something to my Catilyt Converter And then stated that nothing was wrong. I have a warranty on the car but Kia won’t fix. My check engine light was on for more than 2 weeks. That’s why I took it for service. I will never buy another Kia.

Came in for 15000 mile service 3 weeks ago and asked service writer if the tech could look at my sunroof and was told I needed to schedule a tech appointment I scheduled the TECH appointment for this morning at 830. I showed up at 815 and was told I would have to leave the car for 5-8 days. Yes not hours but 5-8 days When we asked why so long we were told the usual COVID related tech issues. This info would have been nice to know by telephone versus driving from Barstow. A phone call
