William was great! I called the day before and spoke with someone about my car leaking oil. I was told I was not going to be seen until the 10th. I went in today to see if there was any cancellations to be seen today! I was able to get an oil change, a service check for 30,000 miles and get the leak fixed! He was efficient and able to help me out!
