Every time I have taken my Kia there to get the oil changed it has taken 2.5 hours. I don't understand why it takes that long. They were suppose to replace the chrome trim on my rear doors as well and that wasn't even done during those 2.5 hours. Apparently the trim ordered for my car was put on another car yesterday so now they had to reorder the trim and I have to come back yet again and waste another hour of my time. And all of this WITH an appointment. I couldn't imagine how long it would take if I just drove in and wanted one. I'm very unsatisfied with my service experiences at Kia.

This was obviously a sudden unexpected and frustrating issue involved with my Optima, however, I'm glad it happened at the time and location it did prompting me to have my optima towed to Valley Hi Kia where I was fortunate enough to have Stacey as my service advisor. She made a very frustrating situation as pleasant as can be. Stacey was very professional, compassionate and responsive to every question and call. She initiated frequent contact with us regarding the status of our car and responded immediately to every question and call.
