For being the first person there in the morning and having an appointment we were there for over three and a half hours I am very unhappy about that

Both dropping my car off and picking up, I had to wait quite a while to be helped by the service advisor. Maybe this was due to the fact that I did both after work hours, however, I would think that this is to be expected and additional help be provided. Everything else was fine.
