Don’t quote a shuttle time when the shuttle driver doesn’t pick you up 2 hours after your car is finished. I had to cxl the shuttle and take an Uber and then the driver called me at 3:30 when my car was done at 9:30 to see if I needed a ride. Really. I know now what to go next time
