William has low customer service skills. We're veey dissatisfied. My mother in went the emergency room. After we got our car from kia. It started smoking again so my wife took the car back to kia. She to deal with William again. William told her to up our insurance and get her a car to go her mom. So she did that and he lied. To her she was very upset. She couldn't get to her mom. We love our kia we're going to buy a new one soon. But i don't think we'll be going Victorville though.
