Apparently there was a recall on clutch actuator for the 2017 Niro. When I made my 10k appointment I was not told of the recall. Because I had a major surgery and could barely move, much less drive, my wife drove over 200 miles to spend her only day off taking the car for its service and errands. She arrived at 0930 however was not able to leave until 1 pm. I was not told about the recall when I made the appointment even though it was sent out to dealerships May 11th. If I had been told we could have made other arrangements. Instead, my wife sat for over 3 hours and was not offered a temporary car so she could run her errands and did not return home until 3:45. By not advising us of the recall, the extra time needed for the repair, and no offer of a loaner I was several hours late taking my mefs. Not happy
