I this is the first time since all my visits I wasn’t satisfied because I read that my car was there since Friday 8/10/18! Evening and I picked it up today and my tires were not rotated . And one hour was spent on my car ?? A test drive of 3 miles ? Maybe that’s all good but I still have questions?? It wasn’t listed on my paper work that I requested tire rotation. Williams stated yes he will take care of it but was more concerned about my engine problems and offered to drive my car home and do a test drive? I said no thank you! He is trying to help.
