It’s always a little stressful when you have to take a car in...it’s worse when you don’t have an appointment. My experience was very professional...very satisfied. The only thing I wasn’t really clear on was the payment amount if it was covered by warranty vs if it wasn’t covered by warranty...worked out fine since it was covered ????
