All of my questions were answered and Brenda even took the time to tell me that the oil change was going to take a little longer than promised. First time I went in with my car problem the service person at the desk told me my car was due for a couple of different services and assured me that would fix the problem so $400 later and the problem still existed. I was told to come in the next morning for a domestic test, turn a out had nothing to do with the services I w ac s pressured into buying.
The second service rep I talked to was very kind and assured me the problem would be fixed. Thank you Andy for treating me like a customer and not someway to pad his paycheck.
I BOUGHT 3 KIA'S AT THE SAME TIME IN 2013. With personal like the first gentleman I encountered I will be thinking of going elsewhere. Again thank you Andy for your professionalism
