Car took 5 hours for oil change. While it was there it got hit by another car. The person that hit the car for our phone number from valley hi Kia and the person called and harassed us. I do not like that this happened. If I was someone else they would have taken this very serious. Hope this don’t ever happen again.

I love Stacey. When I got there she said it would take between 2-2.5 hours for my car to be done because they got slammed all at once with lots of cars but when I got back about an hour later it was done. I love Stacey she’s my go to girl forever.

William Enriquez lll was the guy to go to. He was of great help to getting my car ready to go after I burnt up an IPU after I tried to install fog lights to the car with a bad Mickie mouse wiring job trying to be cheap over here. Mistakes were made and I was fortunate to get help by William. He was communicating with me on everything that was done to my car. Very professional and even helpful referring me to an off the market shop that would be able to do the job completion on the wiring, other professionals, for the fog lights. Was extremely helpful. If ever I need more help on my car, I will definitely go back to see William again to seek help or counsel on any thing concerning my car. He and his team help me get my car back up to manufacturer spec. Thank you.
