Valley Hi Kia Auto Repair Service

William Enriquez was very unprofessional. He gave me wrong information multiple times. One of the worst ones was when he sent me an appointment confirmation email and it stated I needed to be there with my car. I got a ride up there and he didn't even know who I was and he told me the email was not a real appointment. Keep in mind that he had been texting me from the automated text service but never texted me to tell me to disregard that email, just had me waste my time for no reason. He then promised to have me in my rental and that my car would be looked at within 48 hours but that was also untrue. I had to go above his head and even contact Kia to speak to the service director just to get an actual timeline for when I would get my car or what was even wrong with it. And then when I got my car back there's dirt clumps in my back seat, because the mechanics were obviously inside of my car. They had gotten stuff out of the trunk and then threw it in the passenger seat and the backseat of my car. There's black shoe prints and scuffs all over my backseat. This has honestly been the worst experience ever. I would never bring my car back to Valley Hi Kia in Victorville, Can ever again. And I will be contacting the service director and corporate on Monday to discuss how to proceed with who is going to be held responsible for the damages to the backseat of my car. 7/13/19

My appointment was not until 10am today, but was able to drop it off at 7am on my way to work. (Very convenient) I appreciate that. Stacy texted around 330pm to inform me it's ready. Stacy was very nice and professional. Very happy with the service.
